EFFICIENCY COMPARISON OF Si IGBT AND SiC MOSFET BASED THREE-PHASE INVERTERS

چکیده

This article deals the implementation of a SiC MOSFETs in three-phase inverter module, intended for use auxiliary converters powering electrical appliances railway wagons. The basic properties semiconductor elements and their differences, compared to IGBT modules, are summarized here. given block diagram describes individual blocks module interconnection. Finally, measuring setup efficiency inverters is presented. measured values proposed original solution with modules graphs.
